Cool Down

One day I was making a handwriting alphabet on a piece of paper.
I drew some sleepy figures.
They were tiny on the page.
After I'd scanned the paper I put it in the scrap paper pile.
The scrap paper pile was approached by a very small person.
The small person found the alphabet tiny drawing paper.
And the small person coloured the tiny figures in.
She used warm colours.
It looked like they were very hot.
She added suns.
They were dehydrating.
She drew some water jugs.
The water poured over them.
To cool them down.
I like it when the small person colours in and adds to drawings.
It makes them in to something different.
She has a good eye for colour.
It's a good collaboration.

 Okay I'd better go.

Lot's of love

Lyrics to a song written by the small person

Cake

I can have

Only one piece

But my tummy

and my heart

want more

If you eat more than one piece

The God of cake will

take you away inside

a ginormous piece of cake

To teach you a lesson

eat all of the cake

and see if your tummy

is fed up

you will know for now on

you will not eat any more cake.

Cooking some colours

I like
to cook
everything
at once.

Today
I cooked orange,
red and green.

1 x Mystery pot.
1 x Fruit crumble.
1 x Spinach soup.

food face

Put almost any food into the shape of a face, and the child will eat it.

This is Erin's Kokeshi Doll which we decorated today. She is called Becs.

Hey, I recently found my Holga camera. I hadn't used it in about a year, and there was a used film inside.

So I went and got the photos developed. It was an exciting adventure because I didn't know what the photos were of.

Here is one of my favorites.

A Wolf in Marks & Spencer

The other day Erin and I were in the Marks & Spencer cafe. Erin had a chocolate lolly pop and the wrapping paper was so shiny and beautiful that I didn't want to throw it away.

It is now howling at the moon.
It is not a werewolf.
It is a normal wolf, from the wild or something.

See you later

adventure time

My goodness, I almost forgot. The other day Erin and I made these cool wee Finn and Jake cutouts! you can find the templates here to print out. They got lots of other characters too.

The fun things you can do with spare time are infinite.

okay then see you
